Dragon Ninja privacy policy

Dragon Ninja has no accounts and we collect no personal data. The Android version shows ads from Google, which collects some data to serve them. This page explains what is stored, what Google receives and the choices you have.

Last updated: 2026-10-15 Version 1.0

1. Who we are

Dragon Ninja: Stickman Legends (“Dragon Ninja”) is made by Wombat Game Studio, the games studio of Melipy AI Labs, Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. In this policy “we” means Wombat Game Studio. Contact: [email protected].

2. Summary

The game runs on your device and needs no account. We have no game servers and do not collect, receive or sell personal data. On Android, ads are served by Google AdMob; Google may collect device and ad data as described below. The iPhone version has no ads and does not connect to the internet.

3. What the game stores on your phone

Your progress (cleared levels, Ink Seals found, best times and ranks, unlocked and selected heroes) and your settings (music and sound volume, language, button size and opacity). This data is saved in the game’s own storage on your device and is never sent to us.

4. Ads on Android

The Android version shows an occasional full-screen ad between levels, never in your first session and at most once every three minutes. Ads are served by Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK). To show, measure and limit ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect your device’s advertising ID, IP address (from which approximate location can be derived), device and app information, and how you interact with ads. Google’s use of this data is described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. We do not share your game progress or settings with Google.

6. Internet and permissions

On Android the game requests only the Internet and Network State permissions, which the ad service uses to load ads; the game itself plays fully offline. It does not access your contacts, photos, location, camera, microphone or files. The iPhone version requests no permissions and makes no network connections.

7. Other third parties

Apart from Google AdMob on Android, the game contains no analytics, crash-reporting or tracking services. It is built with open-source software that runs only on your device; see the licenses page. Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) handle downloads and may collect information under their own privacy policies, such as install statistics or crash reports you choose to share with them. We do not receive personal data from them.

8. Children

Dragon Ninja is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you believe a child’s data has been collected through ads in the game, contact us and we will help you have it removed.

9. Your choices and rights

Your game data is under your control on your device: delete it at any time by clearing the game’s data or uninstalling it (see the data deletion page). Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. For data held by Google, use your ad settings or Google’s own tools. If you email us, we use your message only to answer you and delete it when it is no longer needed.

10. Changes to this policy

If a future version of the game changes how data is handled (for example by adding ads on iPhone or online features), we will update this policy before that version is released and change the date above.
