1. Agreement
By installing or playing Dragon Ninja you agree to these terms and to the terms of the store you downloaded it from (Apple App Store or Google Play). If you do not agree, please uninstall the game.
2. Your licence
Wombat Game Studio grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play Dragon Ninja on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment.
3. Ownership
Dragon Ninja, including its characters, pixel art, animation, music, sound effects, levels, text and code, is © 2026 Wombat Game Studio. All rights reserved. Open-source components remain under their own licences, listed on the licenses page.
4. What you may not do
Do not copy, sell, rent, redistribute or publish the game or its content; do not reverse engineer, modify or extract its assets except where the law allows it; do not interfere with the ads in the game; and do not use the game for any unlawful purpose.
5. Ink Seals and unlocks
Ink Seals, ranks and heroes are earned by playing and only unlock content inside the game. They have no money value, cannot be bought, sold or exchanged, and are lost if the game data is deleted. The game has no in-app purchases.
6. Ads
The Android version is free and supported by ads served by Google. Ads are created by advertisers, not by us, and we are not responsible for their content or for products they promote. Report an inappropriate ad to [email protected].
7. No warranty
The game is provided “as is”. We work to keep it stable and fair but do not promise that it will be free of errors or work on every device.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Wombat Game Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law, including the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of Queensland, Australia.
10. Changes
We may update these terms for new versions of the game and will post the new version on this page.
