Delete your data

Everything KoalaSpeak stores lives on your phone. You can remove it yourself at any time.

1. Clear conversation

Removes saved conversations and remembered facts. Your progress and preferences stay.

  1. Open KoalaSpeak and tap You.
  2. Open Settings, then Memory.
  3. Tap “Clear all conversation history” and confirm.

2. Delete a local profile

Removes one profile from this phone, with its history and progress.

  1. Open the profile menu.
  2. Choose the profile, then Delete.
  3. Enter the parental PIN if asked.

3. Delete all local app data

Uninstalling the app deletes all KoalaSpeak data stored on the device, including downloaded voice data. Copies in your phone’s own backups are controlled by your phone settings.

4. Data held outside the app

KoalaSpeak has no online accounts. If you wrote to support, email [email protected] to ask us to delete those messages. For privacy questions, use [email protected].
